Ordering Policy
Service is only available for articles (products) which are shown in stock on our website and facebook page.
Customers have to pay the 200 taka or 50% of bill amount in advance through Bkash/Nagad/OK Wallet/QR Bangla/Card payment/Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer for any orders from outside of Dhaka City.
Orders that are paid for cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please see our shipping policy as follows:
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within maximum 7 days of the order for the outside of Dhaka and maximum 3 days for inside Dhaka.
We ship on regular week days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding government holidays.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
While we will try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability
Happy Return Policy
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from Eye 71.
When you receive the product from collection point, instantly please check the product in front of the courier agent. So that, if you receive the wrong product or defective product from the collection point, you can return immediately, at the respective station.
N:B: Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to give the same to the courier agent while getting your product returned
Exchange Policy
Without any fault, exchange is not being accepted at present.
N:B: You will provide extra courier charge for exchange .
Refund Policy
Our refund policies are:
Refund request takes 7-10 working days to process from the day of submission in SSLCOMMERZ panel or manual. Refund request can be generated from SSLCOMMERZ merchant panel Except MFS.

- N:B: In case of Payment Refund/Reverse, no additional charges will be applicable except mobile banking (Bkash or Nagad or OK wallet or QR bangla or ipay and etc.). 2.5% charges will not be reimbursed to account holder in mobile banking (Bkash or Nagad or OK wallet or QR bangla or ipay and etc.) refund or reverse cases and 3% for ipay.
